It is usually accomplished independently among four different types of equipment: reaction vessels, centrifuges, washing tanks and dryers. Because centrifuges and some dryers do not have completely sealed conditions, it is inevitable that toxic, harmful, odorous, flammable and explosive gases or liquids will leak into the production environment during the production process or material transfer, causing serious pollution and safety hazards. Accidents occur from time to time, posing a great threat to life and property safety. On the other hand, in the production of pharmaceuticals, especially in the production of sterile powder, the materials in the production process are highly susceptible to secondary pollution by the environment. This is one of the main reasons for substandard products and must be eliminated as required by GMP standards. For a long time, there have been no good solutions to these problems, which have been the persistent and difficult issues that enterprises urgently need to address.

The four-in-one crystallization, filtration, washing and drying equipment is a new generation of drying device developed by Wuxi Srui based on the technology of similar domestic products. The four-in-one tank for crystallization, filtration, washing and drying of active pharmaceutical ingredients is a double-conical tank. One end is a filter plate and the other end is a rinsing and discharge port. Steam or hot water can be introduced into the jacket to heat the inner tank. The tank body is placed on the two side frames through the main shaft. One end of the main shaft is the interface for steam and condensate water, through which steam is introduced to complete the heating process. The other end is the vacuum port. Through a vacuum pump or vacuum system, the tank is made to be in a vacuum state to complete the filtration process and remove the evaporated water vapor during the drying process. The motor and reducer are also placed inside the frame. Through gear transmission, they drive the tank to rotate forward and backward, causing the materials to constantly flip up and down and inside and outside. During the washing process, the materials can be thoroughly and evenly mixed, and the washing process can be completely completed. During the drying process, the heating surfaces can be constantly replaced to ensure uniform heating of the materials and achieve the goal of balanced drying.
(1) Crystallization: During crystallization, heating or cooling media are introduced into the jacket according to the material process requirements to control the crystallization temperature of the material. At the same time, the uniformity of the crystalline liquid is maintained through the stirring of the helical ribbon and the swinging speed of the tank.
(2) Filtration: After the crystallization process is completed, the equipment cylinder is reversed to perform pressure filtration or negative pressure vacuum filtration on the material.
(3) Washing: The cleaning solution is evenly sprayed into the container through the CIP device to achieve cleaning of the materials and the interior of the equipment.
(4) Drying and vacuum crushing: Start the cylinder to rotate, introduce hot water into the jacket, and activate the vacuum system. The material comes into contact with the inner wall of the cylinder, flips and is heated through conduction. The volatile solvent rapidly vaporizes under vacuum conditions and is discharged through the vacuum outlet. If the material has lumps, the crushing system can be activated according to the actual situation, and the speed of the crushing knife is adjustable.
(5) Discharge: After the drying process is completed, open the upper discharge valve and simultaneously start the vibrator to vibrate and discharge the dried materials.
(6) Online cleaning: The cylinder is equipped with a cleaning port in a quick-opening form, with a stopper on the cover. When cleaning, pull out the stopper cover and insert the cleaning ball.
