The multi-purpose vacuum single-cone dryer is a highly efficient, multi-functional, fully enclosed vertical vacuum drying equipment that integrates vacuum distillation, crushing, powder mixing and drying. Its drying efficiency is 3 to 5 times that of double-cone rotary vacuum dryers and vacuum box dryers of the same specification.
The working process of the vacuum single-cone dryer is batch operation. After the wet materials enter the silo, they are dried by means of jacket and stirring heating. The high vacuum design of this dryer offers obvious advantages for products that are sensitive to drying temperature. It also features excellent heat conduction, rapid drying, and low energy consumption. The filter directly connected to the dryer can retain dust particles in the processing area. This machine adopts an inflatable sealed half ball valve, which ensures thorough and convenient unloading. It features excellent vacuum and pressure-resistant sealing performance, a design without dead corners and easy cleaning, stable performance and a long service life, thus guaranteeing the continuous processing of products without any loss.

The main structure of the internal heating helical ribbon single cone vacuum dryer
(1) Agitator: It adopts a low-shear force helical ribbon agitator to gently mix materials at low speed and low energy consumption. The intensity of the mixture and the mixing time are both relatively low.
(2) Cylinder: The cylinder consists of a head and a conical cylinder. The head and the cylinder are heated and insulated by jackets, and necessary manholes, process pipe openings and sight glasses are provided. It is equipped with a stirrer shaft seal, a bottom discharge valve, an upper feed valve and a dust filter.
(3) Dust filter: The dust filter is composed of an insulated and heated outer cylinder, filter elements, reverse blowing and cleaning devices.
(4) Mechanical seal system: The mechanical seal sealing fluid serves as an external liquid barrier and a safe mechanical seal indication system. The mechanical seal products and connecting components comply with GMP standards. The tank is filled with sterile water liquid and operates in a liquid system that can be circulated and completely drained, meeting GMP standards.
(5) Inflatable Sealed half ball valve: This half ball valve is designed to meet the special requirements of feeding and discharging for single-cone vacuum dryers. The valve is manufactured in accordance with precise tolerance standards and, in combination with a special structure, forms an excellent vacuum and pressure sealing environment. It features a standard inflatable sealed design with no dead corners, is easy to clean, complies with GM standards, and can be cleaned online.

(1) Strong applicability: Combined with our company's special drying process, it can adapt to the drying of materials with high viscosity, poor heat penetration, and prone to balling and clumping.
(2) Large production capacity: Large loading capacity, up to the effective volume of the container.
(3) High drying efficiency: Large effective heat transfer area, 1.4 times the inner area of the container; The material is spirally lifted inside the container and then descends in a vortex along the main shaft, being uniformly and effectively heated during the dispersion movement. The high vacuum at the head of the machine and the high-speed pulse gas flow at the same temperature at the bottom of the machine are combined in the same direction, effectively removing the solvent from the material. The dual-channel vacuum tube port prevents vacuum blockage, reduces resistance, and increases the pumping rate. The trap with reverse blowing can effectively provide high vacuum.
(4) No damage to material crystal form: It does not cause damage to heat-sensitive materials with high crystal form requirements.
(5) The drying process is fully sealed and nitrogen-filled, with no cross-contamination, high cleanliness and a high safety level.
(6) The agitator and the container wall have a high degree of smoothness, and the gap between them is small, which can effectively prevent the material from adhering to the surface of the container wall.
(7) Meet the production requirements of sterile active pharmaceutical ingredients: It can be optionally equipped with online SIP and CIP as well as online sterile sampling, and can be configured with a PLC intelligent control and recording device to record, store, convey and dry the relevant process parameters. It is sealed and connected with the upper and lower processes, and the entire production process is carried out in a closed manner, meeting the production requirements of the new GMP.
