Due to their large floor space and high cost, the handling or transportation of materials between units is rather troublesome. The structure and working principle of the conical reaction filtration, washing and drying multi-functional equipment
The structure of the conical reaction filtration, washing and drying multi-functional equipment is shown in the following figure. The upper part is a vertical cylindrical container, and the bottom is a conical structure. The filter medium is lined around the inner layer of the cylindrical body shell. A hollow helical ribbon agitator is installed at the center of the equipment. The helical section that cooperates with the filter medium functions as a scraper when rotating, while the screw at the bottom is tightly attached to the cone during assembly, exerting a helical squeezing effect.
